  We needed a custom solution to our basement waterproofing problem. We called several companies and the only ones that came out tried to sell us way more than we felt we needed. AM Shield was the only company that actually seemed interested in addressing our unique concerns. When AM Shield Rep Anthony came to our premises, he was prompt, professional and he actually listened and observed as we outlined and demonstrated our situation. He then offered his assessment of the problem and proposed a solution that made absolute sense. The price was fair and reasonable. There were no "high pressure" tactics and at no time did he try to talk us into a solution other than that which met our unique needs.
  On the day the work was performed, he arrived before the crew and, when the crew arrived, reviewed the job with us all to make sure every detail was addressed.
  The crew performed the installation in a most professional manner, respectfully making sure that all our personal property was protected from dust and debris. They were very polite and whenever I had a question, did not hesitate to take the time to provide a clear answer.
  When the job was completed, our basement was left neat and clean. The system has performed beautifully and we could not be happier. I recommend AM Shield to anyone who needs a professional solution to foundation/basement waterproofing issues.
